The Building Industry is one of
the most important components of the economy. It is an industry
that is constantly changing due to new developments in
technology and also increasing sophistication in consumer
demands. It is therefore very crucial for the industry to remain
creative, innovative and keeping up-to-date in terms of
technology as well as design. The Building Trade Show provides a
convenient avenue for building industry professionals to remain
informed about the latest developments in product innovation and
design. It also provides a great opportunity for the end users
to find out more about the range of products which are available
in the market place. Not only will they be able to see the
products, they will also be able to touch and feel the many
actual products on display.
The Building Trade Show aims to be
the premium building trade exhibition not only in Kuching but
within the state of Sarawak. It provides an excellent
opportunity for suppliers, manufacturers and service providers
to showcase their products. It is also a very effective platform
for the launching of new products and services through the high
publicity profile and media coverage. The involvement of PAM(SC)
as the event organizer will ensure that the show will receive
full support from the building professionals and other related
organizations.
Drawing from the valuable
experience and feedback from BTS 2003, BTS 2004 and this year’s BTS 2005
promises to be an even bigger and comprehensive event and will
be streamlined into four trade categories:
